The vehicle makes decisions based on the data it receives and predefined algorithms: it either avoids obstacles or stops when the path is completely blocked. If a slower vehicle is ahead or traffic congestion occurs, its speed adjusts accordingly to the situation.

Once the path is clear, the OPX iGo neo moves autonomously. For safety reasons, intersections are crossed autonomously only after the operator gives the green light. The operator can manually control the vehicle at any time, with an LED signal indicating the current mode of operation.
